ARES® Anti-Oxidant is an anti-ageing product that primarily minimizes light-induced skin ageing. In addition to skin ageing, it is also used to reduce the effects of sun damage on the skin. It is particularly useful for people whose skin is exposed to a lack of sunlight. Thanks to ARES AO, the skin is thus kept healthy by protecting against various types of damage. The skin also looks fresher and more vital.

What is special about the ARES®-range?

The ARES® range is based on a mixture of three different molecular weights of hyaluronic acid, tailor-made by an Italian pharmaceutical company. The hyaluronic acid used is CE-marked and FDA-certified.

The innovation of the ARES range is based on the technique of filtering hydrogels under vacuum without exposing them to high temperatures.
Hyaluronic acid, vitamins and peptides are thus retained throughout the entire production chain. This ensures high quality standards and a long shelf life.

The antioxidant formulation is a blend of powerful active ingredients that scavenge free radicals, have an anti-inflammatory effect and stimulate superficial blood circulation.

Curcumin improves collagen deposition and increases fibroblast and vascular density.
Ferulic acid inhibits the enzymes that catalyze the formation of free radicals and increases the activity of scavenger enzymes. It has a protective function for the most important skin structures: keratinocytes, fibroblasts, collagen and elastin. Wound healing is also enhanced.
Safranal promotes the inhibition of the expression of inflammatory markers such as interleukin and has a strong anti-inflammatory effect.
