Decoria Intense is a filler that has been specially developed for the treatment of medium to deep wrinkles on the face. It is also suitable for correcting and defining the shape of the lips. The filler is intended for intradermal injection in the face, but must not be injected into the bloodstream. The solution consists of 20 mg/ml cross-linked hyaluronic acid, a sodium chloride solution and a physiological buffer. This combination provides the tissue with long-term moisture and tightens it. Medium and deep wrinkles are visibly filled.

How Decoria Intense works

The filler is ideal for filling in medium to deep wrinkles and correcting the shape of the lips in the long term. It is particularly effective for patients with very pronounced wrinkles. Thanks to its high molecular density, hyaluronic acid gently fills imperfections and provides long-term moisture in the skin and underlying tissue. This gives the face a fresh, even and youthful appearance.

In order for the gel to work at its best, following application is recommended:
1. cleanse your patient's face thoroughly.
2. place the needle under the wrinkle and inject the gel intradermally. Ensure that the solution is not injected into the bloodstream.
3. carefully inject the gel into the dermis. Pull the needle slowly backwards. Stop the injection a few millimeters before the entry point into the skin to prevent the gel from leaking out.
4. massage the area after the injection to distribute the solution optimally in the tissue.

Who should not get treated with Decoria Intense?
Pregnant women, breastfeeding women, children, patients with coagulation disorders and patients with chronic skin diseases and inflammations. Those taking thrombolytics and anticoagulants should also not receive treatment. 

What precautions are recommended after the treatments?
Patients should avoid solarium and direct sunlight for approximately one week after treatment. In addition, sports and demanding movements should be avoided within the first two days, and makeup should be avoided for at least 12 hours after treatment.
