With RefectoCil Oxidant 3% Developing Cream you receive a stabilised, slightly perfumed cream-based developer for RefectoCil Eyebrow & Eyelash tints. More precisely this product is characterised by its easy to mix texture and provides excellent tinting results. You have the possibility to receive this product also in liquid form.

Application: Mix 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant 3% Developing Cream with 2cm of colour and stir to a creamy paste. Apply the paste immediately and follow the instructions for use for RefectoCil Eyebrow & Eyelash Tints.

Note: The colour Blonde Brow may only be mixed with the Oxidant in cream form.
