The Gazin® gauze swabs from the manufacturer Lohmann und Rauscher are available in a 17-thread and 8-thread version and are 10 x 10 cm wide. The compresses are characterized by their soft, absorbent and air-permeable material and are made of oxygen-bleached cotton. The special feature of these gauze compresses is that all cut edges are internal, which means that there are no edge threads. In addition, they are chlorine-free, sterile and manufactured according to DIN 14079. Therefore, the swabs are ideal for private and medical care of wounds, for wound cleansing as well as for absorbing body fluids such as blood and pus.
