Thanks to new protocol extensions, multi-needling techniques and the so-called dilution method are now also possible. The steps to perfect Gouri results

Treatment: Preparation
Thoroughly cleanse the patient's face with lukewarm water and apply an anesthetic cream if desired. This should be left on for about 20–30 minutes and then removed with an alcohol-based wipe.

Important: Information on medication intake (e.g., antihistamines) is not required, as the current protocol does not specify any medication before or after treatment.

The correct procedure for full-face application

1. Injection site:
The first entry point is set at an angle of 25° approximately 3.5 cm in front of the outer corner of the eye. Use approximately 0.33 ml per injection line. First insert the cannula below the eye towards the nostril, then towards the chin. Repeat this on the opposite side.

2. Injection site:
The second injection is made above the outer eyebrow arch. Here too, the recommended dose is 0.33 ml per line. Inject towards the center of the forehead.

How to use in the eye area

There is only one injection site for this application. It is located at a 25° angle approximately 3.5 cm in front of the lateral canthus. Inject 0.25 ml per direction on the right and left sides. First, place the cannula under the eyelid in the direction of the nostril. For the second direction, point the needle toward the chin. Now repeat both directions on the other side.

What treatments can GOURI be used for?
GOURI is suitable for treating fine to deep wrinkles throughout the face. It can also be used specifically in the eye area. Thanks to the new protocol options, body areas such as the neck, hands, and décolleté can also be treated.

What is included in one package?
One package contains one 1 ml syringe. Cannulas are not included.

What active ingredient does it contain?
GOURI consists exclusively of liquid polycaprolactone (PCL) with a concentration of 210 mg/ml (21%).

How often should GOURI be used?
For optimal results, 3 sessions at 4-week intervals are recommended. After that, 1–2 refresher treatments every 3 to 6 months are recommended, depending on the condition of the skin.

Into which skin layer and with which needle is it injected?
The injection is made into the deep dermis to the subcutaneous layer. Recommended needle size: 25G, 50 mm.

When will the effect be visible?
The first results are usually visible after 1–2 weeks – the full effect develops in the following weeks.

How long does the effect last?
The average duration of the effect is 6–12 months, but can be up to 2 years.

Can GOURI be combined with other treatments?
Yes. GOURI can be combined with botulinum toxin, skin boosters (e.g., non-crosslinked HA, PDRN, exosomes), and energy-based devices (EBD) such as RF or ultrasound. GOURI should be applied after EBD treatment or at an interval of 2 weeks.
